Geographe Green has installed solar from Australind to Margaret River, Dunsborough to Donnybrook, has extensive experience with solar installations and with no ties to a particular product we offer our clients the best solution to their needs. Geographe Green also undertakes energy auditing for businesses, schools, community groups and local government and home sustainability assessments for householders. We are more than happy to provide you with the best advice, as our business is all about helping you and the environment!

Geographe Green is made up of Kingsley Gibson and Mandy Polley. Both are passionate about the environment and renewable energy, and are enthusiastic about providing solar power to the south west of WA and helping householders, businesses and government reduce their energy use.

Kingsley was born and bred in the South West. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from UWA. Kingsley founded Geographe Green to further his environmental ideals and in response to reading Ghandi's famous quote, "Be the change you want to see in the world" for the first time.

Kingsley has built his own passive solar home, he has co-authored state planning policy on housing lot orientation and has studied energy efficiency and clean technologies extensively. He serves as technical advisor to the Worsley Energy Challenge group. As well as his daily role at Geographe Green, he is a director of his family company, a Capel Shire councillor and an active member of his community.

Mandy has a Bachelor of Science (Environmental Science) with First Class Honours and in addition to Geographe Green works in Natural Resource Management in the South West. Mandy is an accredited Home Sustainability Assessor with ABSA, a founding member of local climate change action group, Above Water, and a member of the Shire of Augusta-Margaret River Sustainability Advisory Committee.

Mandy is currently owner building a passive solar home and is thoroughly enjoying putting into practice all of the solar passive principles that can make a home more comfortable, with no active heating or cooling.

Kingsley and Mandy's approach to Geographe Green is that we are in the business of doing good for the planet as well as in the business of selling solar.
